No. With magic links, clients access without account or password. The link is their entry, secure and convenient.
How does white-label branding work?
Upload your logo, choose colors and font. Optionally configure a custom domain. Clients see a portal completely in your branding.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes. From the Professional plan, configure a custom domain like "portal.youragency.com". SSL certificate included.
What file formats can clients upload?
All common formats: images, PDFs, Office documents, ZIP archives. Size limits per plan (up to 100 MB per file).
Can clients create tasks?
Yes. With "Client Actions", enabled clients can open tickets, give feedback or capture change requests as tasks.
Is the client portal secure?
Yes. Magic links have expiration, all data encrypted, hosted in ISO 27001 certified data centers (Hetzner, Germany). Granular permissions per project.
